Casa Bella windows use Warm Edge Spacer and Super Spacer™ technology* which blocks the heat escape path and eliminates condensation. This technology is known to provide optimal thermal performance. The absence of condensation minimizes health issues by preventing mold growth around the windows. This feature allows our windows to be Health Smart Certified.
*Super Spacer™ is extruded as a flexible organic foam warm edge spacer. Its polymer EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer) offers excellent resistance to ozone, weathering, water and aging, while maintaining its flexibility through wide changes in temperature and barometric pressure.
